Q: Will the item I receive look exactly like the photo?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, pattern, or shape may occur. These natural imperfections are part of what makes each piece unique and beautiful.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on request. Simply add a note during checkout or email us after placing your order.

Shipping is $20 USD. We offer free shipping on orders over $80 USD.

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take a few extra days.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

No — unlike many shops, we do not have final sale items. You're always covered by our return policy unless the product is custom-made or excluded for hygiene reasons (e.g., beauty items).
